Welcome to the latest feature of BlueBeat, where we give you the same tools our DJs use, to make playlists however you like! By building one or more "DJ crates", you may share your favorite music and compilations with others, or simply organize them for personal listening. Unlike other music "services" out there, BlueBeat lets you easily share your tunes, without you or your fan base having to spend any money!

You may have noticed our "Be The DJ" page, where we list the most popular as well as newest crates added by other BlueBeat DJs. When you've built a crate and shared it with the community, it will appear on this page automatically. Our "Be The DJ" page can be reached from anywhere on the site, in the main menu under the "music" tab.

We'll start the tutorial by building a new crate. This is done on the "Manage DJ Crates" page, which can be reached through the "Manage DJ Crates" link, available on every page of the site at the top-right corner of your browser window (log-in required). Later, when you're actually working on your crate, you'll see that there is also a "manage" button next to your active crate, which takes you to the "Manage" page as well.
