Daniel Hernandez (born May 8, 1996), known professionally as 6ix9ine (pronounced "six nine"), is an American rapper. He rose to fame in late 2017 with the release of his debut single "Gummo". The song eventually peaked at number 12 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was certified platinum by the RIAA. Hernandez released his debut mixtape, Day69, on February 23, 2018.
